Heidi was extremely personable, professional, and accessible throughout this entire process. She made the process of selling our home so quick and easy that we decided we had to purchase our new home with her as well. From the very beginning, she was honest and up-front about expectations. She knows the market, and uses this knowledge to appropriately price homes. She instructed us to list our home for 20% higher than the previous realtor we had talked to. She then found a buyer willing to pay more than asking price within 2 days of listing the home. On top of this, she went above and beyond throughout the buying process. She even contacted a roofing company and convinced them to transfer a non-transferrable roof warranty from the sellers to us (without us asking her to). Heidi Brown is the only realtor we will ever use from this point forward.
