Heidi is a wonderful realtor. She is well knowledgeable about the area. She worked extremely hard to sell our prior home in a challenging neighborhood (builder was still actively building). Additionally she showed us probably 20+ homes until we found the right one. She gave us great advice and helped us make good decisions on both the buy and sell. She also answered our all of our questions no matter what they were. She kept us informed and worked through any issues. If you want a great realtor who works hard, choose Heidi!

Heidi was extremely personable, professional, and accessible throughout this entire process. She made the process of selling our home so quick and easy that we decided we had to purchase our new home with her as well. From the very beginning, she was honest and up-front about expectations. She knows the market, and uses this knowledge to appropriately price homes. She instructed us to list our home for 20% higher than the previous realtor we had talked to. She then found a buyer willing to pay more than asking price within 2 days of listing the home. On top of this, she went above and beyond throughout the buying process. She even contacted a roofing company and convinced them to transfer a non-transferrable roof warranty from the sellers to us (without us asking her to). Heidi Brown is the only realtor we will ever use from this point forward.

Heidi was an awesome realtor! She helped us prep our house to be sold and add a few touches to enhance the appearance. Her Marketing plan was superb. She listed this in many sites. The listing went live and we were lucky to have an offer in just over 48 hours. Heidi is very personable and really knows what to do to sell a home! Thanks excellent agent! If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Heidi did things for us I didn’t know agents would do. She offered help in every step of the process and I’m certain it wasn’t in her job description. She is very knowledgeable about the business and allowed us to contact her at any time with questions and then gave us the best advice. I have recommended her to my friends and personally would never use another agent in the future. She is the best in every way.
